    Jiangsu Golden Sunshine Overseas Affairs Service Center Co.Ltd (“Golden Sunshine” hereinafter) is a professional agent jointly authorized and approved by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Security and State Administration of Industry and Commerce, specializing in providing services for self-sponsored overseas study (J.
